Beautiful painting Melanie. I like the way the sun is just peeking through the horizon. It is so easy, when painting sunsets, to get too bright with the hues, but, yours are just right. Love your cheerful little huts in the foreground. I am from Melbourne, Florida and I studied for several years here, with a wonderful artist from Melbourne, Australia named Sandy Johnson. You would not know her there as she only started painting after moving to US.
