Here is some beautiful Australian wild life - The Regent Bowerbird. I have painted the male species in it's mature and immature form. These guys are found in rainforest areas from central NSW up to QLD. Acrylic medium on 50cm x 40cm canvas.
You have some great colours here (green can be tricky) and a realistic depth. This reminds me the paintings of a known artist who's name I can't remember.
I am a self taught artist who was fortunate enough to grow up in a family of artists. My mother being my inspiration and my tutor for many years allowed me to become the artist I am today.
